The first time I saw Sharon live I didn't knew her music. It was a sad period in my life. This moment of music singing dancing was one of the best of my life. Sharon you had some much energy it was impossible to resist to happiness. Lot of love Rest in peace
I never had the chance to see Sharon in person. I've only been fan for the last 5yrs or so. I heard I Learned the Hard Way and I was hooked. I'm glad I'll still get to hear her when I listen to her music. RIP Sharon Jones. You were taken too soon, but when I read the comments that others have left both here and on your Facebook page, I know I'm not alone in my admiration or sadness.

I had the pleasure of seeing Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings twice. Also the great honor meeting Sharon. When I put out my hand, Sharon said, " I don't want your had , give me a hug ". And you could literally feel the the love.
