Thanks for bringing it like no one else. I have only seen you and the band via YouTube videos, but the influence is still substantial. R.I.P.

Thanks for the great records and the scintillating live show. I'll never forget seeing you rip it up at a hot-air balloon show in NJ after your fight with cancer -- it was impressive as HELL!
Rest in power.

Dear Sharon,
My sister and I had the pleasure of spending time with you in Hollywood after one of your shows with John Legend. You were so kind and genuinely cared about how long and cold it was outside and were more concerned about us :) We will miss you and know that we will hear you strong among the heavenly choir :) RIP Sharon!

I had the pleasure of seeing you perform at The Jackie Gleason Theatre years ago. During your performance you looked at the crowd and invited people on stage to dance alone with you, we locked eyes and I looked away, mortified by the thought of dancing in front of people. In hindsight, I should've danced with you that night.
Maybe we'll get to dance in the next life.

Sharon you were truly such a unique performer. I had the chance to see you a few years back at Telluride Blues and Blues with my family. Unforgetable experience, you really knew how to work a crowd. You will be sorely missed! We love you!
